Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona.
Since then, his main activity has been to exercise the legal profession. He has broad experience both in the management and processing of judicial procedures, and in the sphere of non-contentious advice.
Specialized in all spheres related to Property and Construction Law (contracting, urban development, activities, tax, habitability, project development, construction defects, mortgage and registration, horizontal property, etc.), in addition to Inheritance Law.
He has participated in various courses and talks on this subject.
He has been a member of the ICAB since 1997 and is a member of the Construction Law Section, Civil Law Section, Administrative Law Section, Tax and Financial Law Section, Commercial Law Section, Procedural Law Section, Bankruptcy Law Section, Information and Communication Technologies Law Section, Intellectual Property Rights and Image Rights Section, Competition Law and Industrial Property Section.
Over the years, he has carried out his activity mainly within these areas.
